Cancellations
If you cancel your booking with 14 days notice (or longer) you will receive your deposit back less a $50 to $150 admin fee for time spent on booking your cake in, originally. If you cancel with less than 14 days notice this will result in you losing the 50% deposit.
Final Payment Arrangements
The final balance is due 14 days before delivery day. Your cake will not be made until this is received and may result in us being unable to have it ready in time.
Consultations
If a consultation is required a fee of $150 is required, this covers a 1.5 hour consultation, please bring any photos or any drawings with you and make sure that you have a fair idea of what you`re wanting, to ensure consult does not go overtime,or a $50 an hour fee will be required.
Consultations need to be booked early in the week before 3 pm, held either at my office at home or a local cafe.
I work from an A Grade registered home kitchen based in Mt Roskill.
